The BL-CSL075/076 series is an ultra-precision Swiss-type automatic lathe specifically engineered for microminiature workpieces ranging from 1-10mm. Utilizing advanced Swiss technology, this series is designed for industries where extreme precision is non-negotiable.
● Independent Dual-System Machining: The X1/Y1 and X2/Y2 axes can operate independently, enabling simultaneous rough and finish turning to maximize efficiency.
● Ultra-High Speed Capabilities: Standard main spindles feature 4 radial live tools, with an optional brushless high-speed electro-spindle capable of reaching 60000rpm .
● Rapid Setup Flexibility: Operators can switch between "fixed guide bushing" and "rotary guide bushing" modes in approximately 15 minutes to suit different part lengths.
● Precision and Stability: The series features a high-precision built-in electro-spindle with NSK super-high precision bearings, achieving a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.003mm.
