The BL-CSL125 is a dual-spindle, 5-axis Swiss-type lathe optimized for the high-efficiency production of small-diameter workpieces, particularly those between. It combines Japanese technology with a rigid structure for high-precision output.


● Integrated Multi-Tasking: This series achieves combined turning, milling, and drilling through side-mounted live tools and axes.

● High-Rigidity Construction: Built with Meehanite resin sand cast iron and subjected to aging treatment, the machine offers high heat stability and minimal distortion.

● Sophisticated Spindle Design: Features a built-in electro-spindle with NSK/NTN P4 class bearings, ensuring spindle flop remains.

● Compact Power: With a main spindle power of 1.5kw and a max speed of 10000rpm, it provides the ideal torque-to-speed ratio for small components.

■ Features a dual spindle design with a total of 5 axes. This Swiss CNC lathe is especially suitable for super small diameter workpieces and 12mm precision parts.

■ Adopts a similar highly rigid structure as premium JAPANESE machine tools.

■ Built with advanced JAPANESE technology; most core components of this 5-axis Swiss lathe adopt GERMANY/JAPAN/TAIWAN brands.

■ Adopts meehanite resin sand cast iron bed. After aging treatment, the dual spindle CNC lathe exhibits small distortion, good heat stability, and high rigidity.

■ Adopts a high-precision built-in electro-spindle. Utilizing NSK/NTN super high precise angle contact ball bearings, it achieves high rigidity and excellent precision retention with a spindle flop ≤2μm.

■ The dual spindle Swiss turning center can easily achieve turning, milling, and drilling combined machining (one-hit machining) by utilizing side-mounted live tools and CS axes.

■ After mounting an automatic bar feeder, the BL-CSL125 can realize continuous, 24/7 automatic CNC machining without manual part transfer.

■ Perfectly suitable for complex, small-sized, precise, and slender axle workpiece machining, including vaping components and instrumentation shafts.
