■ Built with meehanite resin sand cast iron. After strict aging treatment, the machine bed exhibits small distortion, good heat stability, and the high rigidity required for guide bushless operations.
■ Adopts a high precision built-in electro-spindle (servo motor directly integrated). Utilizing NSK/NTN super high precise angle contact ball bearings, it achieves the spindle's high rigidity and excellent precision retention with a spindle flop of ≤2μm.
■ Uses JAPAN THK / TAIWAN-PMI brand high precision ball screws and linear guideways to ensure smooth, high-speed tool movements.
■ Can easily achieve turning, milling, and drilling combined machining (one-hit machining) by utilizing powerful side-mounted live tools and CS axes on both spindles.
